Types of Problems We Treat

CAMAT offers therapy via the UP-C and UP-A, which includes elements of both traditional cognitive behavior therapy and newer behavior therapy elements, such as mindfulness skills. The UP-C and UP-A are short-term (24-week) treatment approaches that provide skills and experiences to youth and their parents that may help to reduce unwanted fear, anxiety, OCD and depression symptoms. The UP-C and UP-A involve weekly therapy sessions and are offered as either individual or group treatments. At CAMAT, we offer multiple treatment options. Learn more below.
